Can’t connect to Hubitat via web browser

I can’t get into the Hubitat to do anything. I’ve unplugged, I’ve used the button on the bottom. It shows up on my eero. It even shows up in findhubitat using the MAC address. I’m just not able to connect with it via the browser.

Have you tried accessing the hub's IP address from a browser, not from within the mobile app? Also, make sure your mobile device is connected to the local network and same subnet as the hub.

If you tried everything from your mobile device and still fails, try a different device on the network like a desktop to see if that makes a difference.

My Hubitat and Eero router are on the same subnet. I've tried connecting the "My Account-Registered Hubs" using my Mac - Safari browser. Im attaching a screen capture of that.

All was working fine till night before last and it just dropped off.

What IP address does the Eero show is assigned to the hub? Use that IP address in a browser and see if you can connect to the Hub with that.

Also, unless I am looking at thing incorrectly, your 2nd screenshot shows your phone with an IP of 192.168.5.11. Your last screenshot shows your hub at 192.168.4.51. Are you sure those are both on the same subnet/VLAN?

Well spotted...I wonder if the Eero mesh has been connected via another router resulting in 2 LANS and double NAT if the ISP router is not in modem only/bridge mode. I've seen that before...

It's still working fine, or at least your hub is connected to our cloud. You'll need to figure out why your devices are not seeing the hub on the same network.

Last time I checked (I don’t use eero but I do help my parents troubleshoot their Eero router occasionally), Eero’s default is to create a 192.168.0.0/16 network.

That would fit with what’s in the OP’s screenshots.

So I second the suggestion to confirm the IP addresses of the hub, and any devices that are used to attempt to browse to the hub’s UI (mobile phone and Mac).

Ok. Hub is up - thanks for the comments. I recently added a Ring Pro to my Eero mesh network (for HomeKit). Seems it was broadcasting over my existing network. Somehow (???) the Hubitat would only play nice with the Ring Pro. (On a hunch) Disconnected the hub from the Pro6E and connected directly to the Ring Pro (after completely resetting the Ring Pro). Like manna from heaven. Now I don't know all the in and outs of why that happened, perhaps you chip-heads can explain it. Good news is the entire network is working well and playing nice. Thank you.

Additional note: the Pro6E is @ 192.168.5.14. I need to troubleshoot that. Thanks for pointing that out.
