I think something in the Spruce Connect custom app went wrong when I linked Hubitat to Spruce. It says it's joined but then nothing happens.
I have no real way to troubleshoot that I know of(?)
This sounds like something on the Spruce side that you (or possibly they) would have to remove. Hubitat wouldn't have any special powers here -- it's either on your hub or on the Spruce servers. The Hubitat "cloud" here isn't much more than a relay between the two (without exposing your hub directly to the Internet).
But it might be good to share more information about what you did and what is happening now, including any Logs or error messages, etc.
