Can files be downloaded with File Manager?

It it possible to download files using the file manager (like a "save as").

I can click on a file, it will open in my browser. I can then save as.

Just wondering if I'm missing a shorter option.

From the file manager main page, right click a file (link) and then select Save link as...

This is not something special to HE, that is standard browser options when you right click a link.

I missed the "save link contents as...." I guess I saw "link" and moved on to the next option.
