Fibaro devices can only be updated using Fibaro Home Center. You would have to exclude it from Hubitat, include it on Home Center and update it. Then exclude it from Home Center and include it again on Hubitat.
I was going to pick up a second hand Home Center on eBay but TBH the process was just going to be too cumbersome.

I'll either toss it or put it on ebay. Purchasing FHC for one unit is not worth the effort.
