Can discover hub but can't connect

I have a C-4 running 2.2.5.131 firmware. I have used it for a while but haven't done anything to it in months or maybe even a few years. I wanted to add a few new sensors and tried to log in.

I visited https://findmyhub.hubitat.com/ and I'm able to discover my hub. When I click on the "Connect to hub" button it opens a new tab in my browser and I get the following error.

Unable to connect

Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at 192.168.2.38.

Ive also tried to go to "http://getstarted.hubitat.com/" and it guided me to update the firmware but I get the error, "Update Failed, Could not update hub firmware"

I'm not sure what the next steps should be .

Can you connect on port 8081, i.e. http://192.168.2.38:8081?

Yes, it looked like that was able to open. I'm not sure what to do there though. Soft reset?

Followed the guide, updated the diagnostic tool and did a reboot. It's working and I'm in the dashboard now.
