I was creating a rule with a couple matching sets of IF-ELSEIF-ELSE-END structures--so I created the first one then copied it entirely to the clipboard and tried to paste it at the end.
RM 5.1 hung and never completed (you can see it filled in all the new conditions except the last "ELSEIF" one. Before I did the "paste", I created a backup of my system because I knew complex IFs can cause problems.
After the paste got hung up for a long time (spinning gizmo at the top never went away), I got in the rule from a new tab. It looked just like the hung tab with the last ELSEIF blank and the condition that belonged there was in the list of conditions showing as not used.
I edited the errant condition and it said something about an error with mismatched parentheses. I deleted the messed up condition--then got a line with a blank condition and I deleted that--then created/selected the proper condition from the edit dialog. It seemed to work--hopefully, anyway.
Nonetheless, it appears there's some sort of bug pasting like that.
