C8 UI shows alerts, but no alert present

The last couple of days I've been seeing the alert symbol, but there are no alerts present.

Edit 1. I should probably mention that I was having an issue with Alexa around the same time this started, but Alexa is working again.

Thanks for your feedback. Mind sharing the platform version you are running? Settings >> Hub Details >> Platform version.

Sure. I've had 2.3.8.125 installed for a little over a week. I just noticed this yesterday.

Thanks for confirming. Based on the fact that you've had problems with Alexa, the missing message is likely "Cloud connection unavailable." We are further researching to see if we can reproduce.
