For some reason C8 didn't work with some devices that I have. Is there a way to migrate from C8 to C7? Please show me the directions step-by-step.

No. Started with C8 right away
You are confident that the devices would work on a C7? How do you know? What devices do not work on the C8?

Actually, I'm not 100% confident, It's more of a test. I have many Sonoff Switches that are repeating, which caused the network to be kind of messy. Someone Gave me their C7 device Suggesting that it would Solve this issue. And I just wanna test that.
You could restore from the c8 to the c7 with hub protect (z-wave radio only) . That said, what does your z-wave details screen look like? If they're mains based devices (switches/dimmers) of course they're repeating. That won't cause the network to be messy. Post your z-wave details screen and let us take a look (use windows snip)

No. Only c7-c8 or c7 to c7 or c8-c8 not c8-c7
