Setting up new c8, blinking red and green.
I followed instructions. Ethernet cable is plugged in.
Please help, I have read multiple discussions to no avail.

Typically this means you don't have an internet connection for some reason.
- Is the device working and can you access the device, or is is not showing up on your network?
If you can access the hub, there was a bug in a recent firmware where this light would flash when it shouldn't have. I believe the latest firmware corrects that, so if you can access the hub, I would do an update through the Settings tab.
For the following, I am assuming you can't access the hub.

Have you tried doing the network reset procedure by pressing the button on the bottom of the hub? There is a picture of how to do that part way down on this page I am linking. Network Setup | Hubitat Documentation

Have you tried a different ethernet cable or rebooted your internet router?

Have you tried a hardwired computer on your same network, or are you using your phone to set up the hub?
I will be at work all day, but hopefully someone else can assist when you reply to my questions above.
@neonturbo Thank you so much! We have a new construction home and when AT&T installed router, they did not connect my office CAT6 to the router - I got it to work, thanks again!
