C8 Pro migrated from C7 won't update to latest platform version

I successfully migrated my C7 to a C8 Pro using a cloud backup of the C7, and the C8 Pro (Z-Wave, Zigbee) devices are all connected and working perfectly.

However, I cannot update my C8 Pro platform version to 2.3.9.164. The update starts but the download is very, very slow and eventually fails at about 31%.

The C8 Pro is currently running 2.3.7.146 and diagnostic tool 1.1.130. I tried updating the diagnostic tool using this URL: http://hubIP/hub/cloud/updateDiagnosticTool, which return "success" and "No update for diagnostic tool available".

The network Ethernet setting was fixed and I changed to auto. I also overrode the DNS with 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4 as I an also using pi-hole, which could have caused problems.
