C8 Pro - LAN Stopped Working

i Have my c8 pro connected to my UniFi networking system through wired. Had some power outages lately, and the last one left me unable to connect back into my Hubitat. Prior to this last round, I was still able to use my cloud/remote connection. My UniFi shows no traffic going to or from the HE.

I’ve tried unplugging/removing the lan cable, plugging both back in. Tried different cables. Successfully used the cable on another devices.

can I physically hard reset a c8 pro?

No. Have you a network reset? As described here:

After a network reset, you should be able to setup your hub to connect to your network via WiFi.

Are you making this observation based on no “blinken lights” at the switch port that the Hubitat C-8 Pro is plugged into?

Thanks, I did miss that badly in my scan of the documentation.

I have the green light for setup now on the hubitat/ my UniFi console is still on showing that MAC address and IP are offline without traffic for 2 days.

I’ll troubleshoot more this weekend.

Can you get to the IP on port 8080 for the diagnostic menu? You will need your MAC Address to log in. You may need to restore from a backup.

The app, IP, and remote admin were not working. Plugged directly into my UniFi switch, made sure it went to the correct VLAN, and power cycled to make sure the correct VLAN/IP were provisioned. Seems to be working again.

Strange this all happened after a power outage.

I’m good now. thanks for all of the suggestions.
