C8 pro and c7 froze immediately after backup

c8 pro froze after backup.. coincided with the time of the cloud backup in logs..
no errors in logs.. not just web down. stopped all processing..

any ideas? @bobbyD

backup shows completed but deleted it and redoing it.

i will also do a soft reset adn restore.

Same issue in c7. Both snswered and rebooted from diag interfsce. Seems to be some issue with changes in code relating recovery after a backup?


how do i get support to look at this.. the fact that it happened exactly after a backup on two different hubs (different models and different locations) tells me it is something in the software not hardware and it needs to be LOOKED at..
