C8 Pro - All devices stopped working after update

Hey all!

I have a C8 Pro (v2.4.1.157) and just updated to the latest update as well as the latest Zigbee/Zwave update.

After updating, all of my devices stopped working (both lights and switches).

The devices are shown on the Zigbee graph, but when I send a command to turn any device on/off, no logs are created, and nothing changes.

Everything has been working without any issues before this update. Here's what I've tried to fix so far:

  • Tried rebooting the hub and rebuilding the network
  • Tried different channels to see if that would help (went back to the original channel after testing)
  • Tried reverting to the prior Hubitat version
  • Tried re-updating to the Hubitat newest version
  • Tried to remove a device and re-add it (however, devices no longer show in discovery)

It all looks like it's an issue with the Z-Wave/Zigbee update to me, but I don't see any way to revert that update or troubleshoot it.

Any advice would be appreciated!

shutdown the hub.

unplug power for 1 minute

Power back up and see how it is

Thanks for that advice. I did not know about the shutdown feature, and this was exactly what I needed to do.

I left it unplugged previously, but not before shutting down, and this seemed to be the missing piece.

never unplug before shutting down, it can corrupt the hub
