Same here. Hub's data is 2.4.0.151 but the app has it as 2.4.0.145. However, if I bring up the diagnostic tool on the app, I do see the correct platform version.
I think it was a known issue as far back as October (or even August if you count the link in the discussion below referring to the beta version)
Do not remember where I saw it, but I thought I saw it mentioned somewhere as a caching issue for the app itself.
So, to test the theory, I tried force stopping and clearing cache. That did not fix it. Then, I just logged out of the app and then logged back in. That DID work. So, it appears to hang at whatever it was whenever you initially (or last) logged into the app (or whenever the cache issue started.... whichever was later)
Note: You have to go through the process of choosing the hub and the device again. Make sure you shoose the same device (Phone or tablet) if you have multiple.
Bug confirmed a fix for this on next release.
This bug was reported in June, I confirmed it in December, so dont get you hopes to high for ever getting fixed
This is a visual bug that doesn't have any significant impact/break anything, so it's not surprising that it may not have been prioritized previously when there were a lot of bigger issues w/the new mobile apps, and may have fallen off a to-do list. In other words, I'm confident Moncho will get this done soon.
