OK, it's now 7:30am on 6/4
All 5 scheduled off's failed - guest rm bulb, LR bulb, DR bulb, kitchen torchier and led outlets.
Again, the on's all respond immediately so I simply can't blame comm or repeater issues. Besides, if it was a comm issue, the logs would show an off event when the device was still physiclly on. None of the 6 missed off events appear in the log suggesting that they were never triggered or processed.
The front door device even has seperate on and off apps; the on triggers, the off doesn't
Bottom line, the on's seem to work, most of the off's fail

It would an incredible lot of work to abandon hubitat in favor of something else - it would mean resetging 26 devices.
There must be some explanation for this problem and a way to fix it, bit I'll never figure it out without help.

Which app from the logs you shared above (I didn't check every schedule you shared, just the schedule for the app you've indicated it failed to run earlier)? Also, have you confirmed the schedule listed was correct? Lastly, could you please post the logs of the actions that a specific app has taken, and when it fired, as previously requested?
I'm sorry that I'm very confused. You asked for device logs so I gave you device logs from 4 devices that failed. Each device is controlled by a different app.
The entries in the device logs do not seem to differentiate between state changes that were caused by the app and those cause because I twiddled the UI.
I don't see any buttons on the app pages to generate logs so I really have no clue as to what you are asking me to do. When I go to logs under dev tools and use the filter by app dropdown, only 4 apps appear in the list and only one of those is an OFF app although 6 OFF haves fail routinely.
Here is that one. The log shows the OFF finished - only thing is the device didn't actually turn off even though when I poke it manually it responds instantly.
I certainly don't understand the timestamps on these log entries. Is it really trying to run the 9:01 pm app at 2:01 pm? What is this? Are these GMT even though my timezone is America/Los_Angeles and the detail screen says the time is correct?

Yes, it fired at the wrong time, still. Can you please reboot the hub from Settings, that should resolve the problem.

I was asking you to go to the device page of a device that did t fire. At the top of that device page is a button that says events. Click that button and you will see all events that happened to that device. Focus in on when it didn't fire
I think I understand now. I will work on accumulating all that stuff.
This morning everything is on that should have been off.
I looked at the device events for a couple of devices and the entries there bear no relationshipto the entries in the log file. Things that the event list say happened don't have a log entry - and - there are a few log entries for things that (according to the app definition) should not have happened at all.
For example the radiant heater is supposed to fire at midnight, not 7am
Please report new incidents after you had a chance to reboot the hub.
These are all new incidents. All of today's reports followed the recommended reboot at 5:00 pm yesterday

We've been looking together at the app called "Turn On Kitchen Hot Water (Sengled) at 7:30AM" which according to the last screenshot you've shared, it has now fired at correct time. Did the device not turn on as directed by the app and confirmed by the logs at 7:30AM?
Can you turn on the logging in the app for the "When Time of Day is 12:01 AM, turn off Radiant Heater"? I see the device turned off, but there is no app that sent the command to it (or the app doesn't have the logging enabled).
