C8 Hubitat network issue - can’t reach it externally

Hi Hubitat crew, I recently setup an IoT VLAN and moved all of my home automation equipment over to it.

Everything is working perfectly and I can access ALL devices from outside my home network (e.g. via mobile networks) except for my Hubitat C8 hub.

I’ve cleared DNS and rebooted, but the ping gateway command fails, despite trace route working just fine. Ping gateway showed ping failed.

Any ideas?

PS, I just updated to 2.3.8.125 and the issue remains.

Just to add, my hub can reach all the cloud services like Alexa without issues - this is one of the reasons it took me a week to notice the issue.

And this appears to impact my secondary c7 too.

OK that’s weird, it just started working again. Maybe the DNS clear took a few minutes to take effect.

The ping gateway still fails, but the app can reach my hub via the mobile networks etc again.
