C8 hub with latest update not showing SmartWings Shade driver

I'm not seeing the native driver. I'm on the latest 2.3.5.152 firmware. Any ideas?

Odd, I see both a Zigbee and Z-wave driver in both my C5 and C8. I typed smartw and it found those drivers.

Did you try rebooting the hub?
When you add the device, what does it pair as (what driver)?

I’ve tried rebooting. I currently have it paired as a generic zigbee shade. In theory I should be able to see the SmartWings driver on any device’s drop down list, which I don’t either.

Roll back to the previous platform version using the Diagnostic Tool (on port 8081). Then reinstall the update.
