Hello, I have a C8 hub thats giving some trouble. It looses network connection (on ethernet) and during the outage it seems to have troubles with running rules. I don't really seem to see anything in the logs that stands out as a potential culprit. Most Z-wave devices are connected direct and only a couple have a 1 device hop. Please help!
Do any of your ethernet connected lan devices have jumbo frames enabled?
What do your logs say?
Do you have a lot of devices with power reporting?
No jumbo frames, it is currently offline and it is a remote location so I will need to wait until it returns to get the logs. From what I saw they really didn't say anything. Didn't seem to be very active if at all during that period. Almost like it was mostly dead. By power reporting do you mean like battery? There are only 4 battery devices. 3 of which are door contacts. If you mean power monitoring, there is 1 power strip and 1 plug.
