  • Platform/firmware on hub -- ????
  • How is it connected to the LAN?
    • Ethernet / Wifi -- Ethernet
    • Static IP set on Hub or DHCP -- Not Clear?
    • DHCP Reservation set on Router/Server? -- Not Clear?
  • How is Hub being powered? Supplied power block or other (explain) -- Supplied
  • Brief explanation of network topology. -- Provided
  • Brief explanation of firewall / DNS / DHCP services. -- Probably not relevant
  • How many devices total (approx) and mix between Zwave, Zigbee, LAN/Wi-fi -- NEED
  • What user / custom integrations are you using for LAN/IP/Cloud based connections? - All are Disabled?
