Yes: hub becomes totally unresponsive. I cannot access its IP address and any connected devices stop working
I have been having the issue for months (bought unit in May) and I have tried the diagnostic tool and cannot connect. Light is green.
I am using a wired connection on my Eero pro 6E router. As far as I can tell, jumbo frames are not enabled (I don’t think eero supports this setting?). I have reserved the IP. I also previously had it on wireless with both Eero and my older ASUS routers, and had the same issue.
All devices are basic z wave switches/outlets in a basic setup (no rules, etc). I am using the apple home integration to allow easy control from our phones.
I appreciate any help - my wife is ready for me to go back to “dumb” switches
