Hi there, I can't seem to find another way to raise this. I bought a used hub from ebay, and I am trying to register it. Unfortunately, it is already registered and I cannot get a response from the previous owner. Is there any other action I can take?

Previous owner should have de-registered it before selling just like with any internet connected device these days. I would run that up the flag at eBay and give the seller a negative rating.
But, in spite of that @support_team can probably get it squared away for you.

Are you sure it's a c8 and not a c7?
Quite right, I've been reading the reviews of the C8 and it got stuck in my head!
