C7 to c8pro zigbee failed

Hi. I have migrated from a C7 to 8Pro. All went well apart from Zigbee. I had only 3 zigbee devices. None of them worked after the move. I have a new one and reset an existing, nothing pairs.
I’ve rebooted, restarted, no joy. Any other ideas to solve this?

Try a full power down, then remove the power cable, wait 30 seconds and power it back up.

It sounds like the radio has got into a bad state.

First, please make sure you're running the latest platform version. Then check the Zigbee details page to make sure your Zigbee radio is functional. If you go to Settings, then click on Zigbee Details, the network status should be "ONLINE" (alternatively, you may want to share a screenshot of the top portion of the page).

Thanks all. Looks like a ghost device (partially paired?) but no device need to go. Rebuild solved it.
