C7 to C8 Pro Fail

Followed Migration instructions and it seemed to go flawlessly but nothing works?? Everything appears there but can not control anything?? Checked and everything was up to date? Unregistered C8pro and tried the whole process again with the same outcome?? Nothing works??? Please help

@ltbald1 Did you make sure you checked the radio buttons during migrations?

Yes I checked the required radio buttons

Are both the old hub and new hub on the same platform? (update both to the latest)

Yes Both old and new on same Platform 2.3.9.193

Hmm...After migration, shut down the the new hub (disconnect the old hub obviously) unplug power for 1 minute and power back up. See if that helps.

Did not change anything?? Still nothing is working??

At this point I would go to support.hubitat.com and click on Warranty. That will create a ticket for @support_team to look at

Z-wave devices? Zigbee? Other devices?
Apps?

Also if you have Z-wave devices, go to the Z-wave details page on the new hub, do you see devices listed or is it blank?

Everything appears on Devices page, but what about Z-Wave and Zigbee Details pages? Are you seeing any devices there? If not, I suggest running another cloud backup and try the migration again.

Nothing, Z-wave or Zigbee, Or the Apps. I did look at the zwave page and the devices ARE listed??
