C7 to C8 Cloud Migration - Timezone not propagated

Trying to diagnose issues with things not working part of the day after migrating to C8, finally found the timezone was reset to GMT (Should be +7 PST)

Is it expected that the cloud backup includes the TimeZone info, or should the user be warned to check it after starting up?

This shouldn't happen -- the time zone is supposed to come along with your hub database (which would happen with either a local or cloud backup). I know there was a bug fixed related to this while back, but if you were on the most recent platform version on both hubs (2.3.6.144 or really anyhing remotely close), I'm not aware of any current or recent known issues surrounding this.

Still, I suppose it can't hurt to check -- and good find!
