C7 is unresponsive until unplug and reboot

Randomly, with no notable events, my C7 becomes unresponsive and the only way for it to become responsive again is to unplug and plug back in. When it becomes unresponsive, the web interface via the IP address is no longer working and the entire device appears to be locked up. This morning, it appears it was working up until 5:58am and I then had to reboot at around 6:20am. The log is below.

Do you have any insight into what may be causing this?

When it becomes unresponsive, can you connect to port 8081? What color is the light when it becomes unresponsive? What version of hub firmware? What is app 41? What is device 164 and device 165?

It sounds like you may be running with a corrupted database, have you tried to run a Soft Reset to see if that resolves the problem?

I will try a soft reset to see if it makes a difference.

  1. Next time it locks up, I will try to access port 8081. I have not tried that.
  2. I will note the Hub light status too on the next lock-up.
  3. I am running 2.3.5.125 and just updated to 2.3.5.131.
  4. App 41 is Life 360. I don't use that, so I removed it.
  5. Devices 164 and 165 and 165 are Quirky Moisture Sensors.
