C7 factory reset

Hi,

I purchased a used c7, and the previous owner has failed to remove the admin account. I have the menu up for a full reset, is there anything else i need to do beforehand?

May need to speak to @bobbyD or @support_team unless you have access to the admin account.

@Jasonaldo Can you ask the previous owner to release the hub from his account?

I have attempted to reach out to get the hub released, but no response
