My understanding was that things that connect to your device via the cloud GUID would need to be updated. For instance, my Geofency App is accessed via a cloud endpoint. Won't I need to update all my iOS devices to use the cloud endpoint/GUID associated to the new device? Or was that the way it used to be with C5->C7? I assumed you couldn't migrate a device GUID, otherwise, the old device would need to know how to get a new GUID if re-pruposed or sold. Sorry, planning C7 -> C8 Pro this weekend and planning to try this out. I'll probably chicken out because everything is working fine.
