C7 Blu light new thread as requested

One quick green blink upon routine power up followed by continuous blue light.
Never communicated again.

@rdvancleave, you have the hub connected directly to the router via ethernet?
You should have some lights on the ports for your switch/router, is it showing the link light for that port?

Can you check your router interface to see if the hub has established an unexpected IP? You may need to make note of the MAC on the bottom of the hub and then look for that, the name shown may not indicate it is the HE hub.

You can also run arp -a from a command line on a PC and then look through the results of that for the MAC

Old C-7: Left LED blink, right LED solid, both green. No IP issued, No MAC reported by arp. Unable to establish any communications.
New C-7: Installed on the same machine using the same connections. Direct replacement. Left LED blink, right LED solid, both green. IP issued, MAC reported by arp matched label on the case. Communications appears normal.

It does seem like something is dead on the hub. Did you ever try doing a network reset? Thats about the only other thing I can think to try. Or maybe leave it unplugged for like 24 hours.
