I would start by reboot the hub gracefully (settings -> reboot)

  • see if it works

I would then either HPM repair, or manually update (cut/paste) in the webcore code into the hub.

  • the piston file and the webcore.groovy file

I would reboot the hub gracefully after that.

Can have logs open in HE console to see if something shows up as an issue.

I assume the HE hub is not blocked from internet access (webcore talks to webcore servers) ?

Eventually finished the transfer, everything done manually and cross fingers working fine
