C-8 zwave network issues

@bobbyD Per your request, continuing conversation on my ongoing Z-Wave issues in this thread. For benefit of any spectators, here's a recap:

  • Since my Dec/Jan update from C7 to C8, I've had very frequent Z-Wave radio issues. They've been far less frequent in the past few months. They're not coud backup related at all (hence splitting to this thread), and are always fixable the same way: Shutdown, power out for 10 sec, start back up.

  • Over the past week or two, with no changes to config besides a regular firmware update (timing not aligned with issue), the issues have return to nightmare level, occurring 2-4 times per day.

  • I have set up low memory, overload, and zwave radio location events reporting and have gotten no hits

  • Device is currently in "Dead Radio" state where no Z-wave commands are coming in or out, and has been for a couple of hours. Commands are logged but not executed. Apps time is 0.6%, Devices time is 0.9%, nothing out of ordinary in logs.

  • All of the above "legacy" devices that were discussed have been ripped/replaced with new in the jan/feb timeframe. The only sketchy devices on the network are 4 battery/nonrepeating Schlage deadbolts, and I'm about to exclude those after I take them out of all of the apps/rules

  • For troubleshooting, I rolled back to 2.3.8.140 and a month-old backup with radio from when things were fairly stable... no change. About to upgrade again so I'm troubleshooting on current code

Attaching diagram of mesh. If I attempt to repair in this state, everyn ode fails, but when working almost everything is direct to hub with good signal/speed. It's a small house.
