C-8 "Z-Wave is unresponsive" message with inaccessible zwaveVersion page -- FIXED!

The question is pretty simple, ask them if there are any migration ready cloud backups from your C7.

You can tell them when you look on the hub itself you're not seeing any, and there was one migration back up that you used previously that has disappeared.

Worth asking, if you have a fair number devices it's kind of a pain to re-do everything.

Send a PM to @support_team with your C7 hub UID and the question about the migration backup.

Oh I didn’t know I could reach out that way - thanks! Unfortunately I don’t know the hub ID from the old hub. I gave it to a family member. I might be able to get them to look it up if it doesn’t change when reset. Will start with the PM though, thanks for the tip

If you've reset your C7 I have a feeling you're out of luck. That probably ends up sending a signal to delete existing cloud backups. I would still ask though cuz I'm not 100% sure about that.
