Does Hubitat platform 2.5.2 expose a supported API allowing custom Groovy drivers or applications to establish BLE GATT connections, subscribe to characteristic notifications, and receive the resulting data?

I understand that Bluetooth Integration (Beta) currently supports BTHome V2 devices. I'm asking specifically about arbitrary GATT services and characteristics.

If this functionality isn't currently exposed, is there a development roadmap for it?

Hubitat rarely offers roadmaps. I've seen them 'sneak peak' something, but usually because it's coded already, awaiting test results. Then the next Beta Release has it to continue the testing. Same with bug reports, they'll say "found it, next release" and that's pretty much it as far as future goes.

As far as I know, BLE is there to support Matter/Thread and is not a generic BLE offering.
