When I click on one of the "3 dot" menus for a tile on my dashboard...then proceed to click the forward/backward arrows at the top (next to "Edit Tile ID: n"), it doesn't refresh all the items in the page.
In particular, the Device and Template items don't seem to be updated.

What are you needing / wanting to be refreshed when you click the next / back icons?
When you advance to the next tile, it's not showing the correct device-is keeping the same device.
Ah, I think I get what you mean.... So if Tile 1 uses device 123 and Tile 2 uses device 124, you still see Device 123 selected when you move to Tile 2?

That's why I tagged @bobbyd. Figured he could get the right person on it. Not sure who works on dashboard stuff.
Maybe a browser issue? I am not seeing that behavior on a desktop using Vivaldi browser.
Is this via a desktop, mobile browser, or the app? What browser if applicable.
Chrome and Firefox.
I clicked on the Deck Landscaping Lights and #96 popped up:
I clicked "forward" and #97 appeared--but still had Deck Landscaping Lights selected:
