[C-8 Pro 2.3.8.118] Alert flagged but unable to see it

@bobbyD Tonight, I noticed an alert on my hub's web page:

But, when I clicked on that "1", it didn't do anything. There wasn't a way to see that alert.

I happen to be running the "Hub Information Driver" and, in there, I saw something about hubAlerts being set to "[cloudDisconnected]".

I'm not sure how things work on the back end, but it seems that clicking that "1" should have brought up that alert text.

I think this may have been during a maint window-but I'd have thought clicking on the alert icon should have brought up a message rather than doing nothing.
