My C-8 shows the red circle with a "1" inside notification icon. When clicked, the message says "Platform update 2.3.9.180 available (dismiss)"

When I click on the "available" link I get the message:
"Currently running version: 2.3.9.154. After a brief pause I get a message "No update available" -
Am I doing something wrong? Is an update available or isn't it? If so, I think it would be wise to update, correct? If so, how can I do that?
This could happen if the hub was connected to the cloud and checked for available updates and found one, but later got disconnected from the cloud and is no longer able to see/download the new update. If you go to Settings, then select Reboot Hub, when it comes back online, if it's reconnecting to the cloud you should be able to download and install the new update.

You are my hero, bobbyD! I took your advice, rebooted (did a backup first), and now I was able to install the new version. Everything is running fine, with no "red circles" demanding my attention!

My C-4 was doing that. I rebooted and it found the latest update.
