C-8 Hub Zigbee Network is offline

This morning I woke up to my Zigbee network is offline. I have tried downgrading the hub version as I read in another post, but still doesn't work. Right now it's stuck in Rebooting state. I don't know if this is a hardware issue or something screwy with the software. I bought this in March and migrated from my older C-7 hub. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

First, please Shut Down the hub from Settings and when the LED on the hub turns red, unplug the hub for a minute. Also, please send me a private message with your hub's ID or MAC address so we can further investigate.
