C-8 Hub unresponsive

hub is unresponsive. I can't reset from web or app. Unable to ping, I can see it in details but can't finding any method. Tried network reset. No joy. Its been sitting just plugged in soon after set up, so I don't how log it hasn't been active. Where do I go from here

It has not connected to the cloud server since December according to that.

When you did the network reset did the LED flash a couple times then go solid blue, then green again?

Try advanced and search by MAC as well (ethernet MAC is on the bottom of the hub).

Once you find the current IP, you can try getting to the diagnostic port.
