I am slowly migrating my c-5 to my c-7 device. I have only moved a handful of devices so far. Some devices have had trouble adding but eventually they paired. Looking at the z-wave details page I now have a lot of device id's listed with no names left over from the failed pairing. At this point I have have tried all the options available for these ghost devices, including powering off the hub for minutes at a time and just waiting it out for days. They still have not left the hub, and still some are even reporting as being S2 authenticated.
Just like the force delete option of unresponsive z-wave devices, I think a force delete option added to the status column of the z-wave details page would alleviate this for when the hubs database doesn't release these nodes.
