C-7 When tiles are inserted or removed from the dashboard, state reflection issues at once

If I insert or remove tiles from the c-7 dashboard, the status is not reflected properly at once.
In the dashboard of c-5 or c-4, status reflection occurs immediately.

Current running version: 2.3.4.139
But this is a problem that has been going on for a long time.
