C-7 used to frequently hang - now occasionally hangs

Platform Version: 2.3.4.116 although I just upgraded to 117 and observed similar behaviors on other releases. The unit is remote in another state, up on a UPS and I can drop and restore power to the habitat separately. A few weeks ago it was hanging multiple times a day. I saw Hubitat Hub C-7 hanging issue after multiple reboots and power recycling) and did "Soft Reset" from "Hub Diagnostic" restore the last backup.
This reduced rate of hangs significantly but they still happen occasionally - say two per month.

This was the logs from the last one:
dev:82022-12-08 20:32:58.336 debug on()

dev:1292022-12-08 07:51:11.545 info Hall Sensor: Illuminance report received: 0Lux

dev:1292022-12-08 07:51:11.542 debug parse:zw device: 15, command: 3105, payload: 03 01 00 , isMulticast: false

at about 8:30 I was made aware it seem to have hug (rules not working and can't remote log in) and power cycled it.

Any ideas what it is or how I can debug further ?
