C-7 is on but nobody is home

I have a C-7 that has been running without fail for 1.5 years. Recently it started going "offline". I can't connect to it locally or remotely. The hub looks normal (led is on). I unplug the power and it starts working again normally for some period of time and then it repeats the occurrence.

At a guess, I'm thinking it could be some kind of networking issue....

Have you changed anything in your network setup recently?
Does the hub use a wired LAN connection?
Does it have an IP address reserved on your router?
Have you tried accessing the hub via the Diagnostic Tool in the mobile App when you have an issue?
What platform version are you running on the hub?

I'd also recommend not unplugging the power if you can avoid it at all, it can lead to problems with the database on the hub. These can be resolved, but still preferable to not have them occur at all.

Also I would try the backup/restore as explained in that post as a first step.
