C-7 - Can't setup

Creating a new topic as requested.

Trying to setup a new C-7 for the first time.

Hub is discoverable in both Android app and portal but I can't do anything. On Android the claim button is not grayed out but nothing happens when I click it. On the portal I can also see the hub but both update firmware and skip both fail everytime.

I can only get the portal to load in incognito mode. This is extremely frustrating.

Maybe something related to your LAN configuration is causing this?

Please take a look at this post and provide some additional details as suggested, particularly from the section “connection/goes offline.”

  1. The network/LAN your C-7 is connected to.
  2. Browser and OS.
