C-7 2.3.8.134 error 500 on every page

Hello. Hub web is unresponsive. I get error 500 on every page in hub. Setting, Rooms, Devices, Apps. Everywhere. Only diagnostic web on 8081 is accessible. Try to update firmware, downgrade firmware. Nothing. Have one 2 month old backup.

500 error sounds like a database corruption issue. Have you tried a reboot with data base rebuild? (Can't remember if that is an option off of the diagnostics menu or not.)

Nope. Reboot with DB rebuild is not in diagnostics menu.

Is there an advanced button when you select reboot? If so it may be behind that.


Only these buttons are there. Safe mode I have already tried.

I think he needs to up date that page .. Sorry, I don't remember how to do it, but I think there's a way to update that diagnostic page with. just using a link.

well .. mine is the same I thought you could do it from the DP..
might have to wait for the staff ?

do you have a cloud backup ? you could do a soft reset then restore from that backup ?

I have one backup from 9. of February. It is ok for me, I haven't changed anything there for a long time. But might be someone from the staff could check something for them. To find the issue and solve it for everyone else.
It is working. Even webhook works. Only web interface is broken. So I can wait.
