It’s like 3 months old - this scares me That it failed already
I am not Hubitat staff so I can’t promise anything, but I have heard of situations where they have replaced failed hubs in the past for people.

For what it’s with - my new hub is much more responsive. The web interface and dashboards in particular.
Not sure if it was a firmware upgrade ( wasn’t on the latest prior) or an indication from the start I had a bad one.
Either way - I’m much happier now with performance
