I installed a Zooz switch ages ago, then added it to hubitat fine. Recently, I did the same with another and all was well.
This morning an electrician added about 10 more for me. They’re all powered on and physically working, but when I go to Hubitat to add not a single one is found?
Might also suggest that if you have indeed put the switch into Inclusion mode and they still are not found, you first do a general exclusion on each switch, wait 30 seconds and then again put it into inclusion mode and attempt to join it to Hubitat.
I feel that Exclusion before Inclusion is a method that helps to prevent partially added devices (aka Ghosts) because the result of an Exclusion is a message that a device was Excluded. That tells you that the hub and that device CAN communicate and complete an operation. Said another way, if a device cannot Exclude, it can never Include successfully, and has a significant chance of creating a Ghost. You don't really want to learn the ghost busting method. So always Exclude first is my advice.
