Built-in Notification App

Is there currently any way in the built-in Notification app to format %date% and %time% the way we can in Rule Machine / Rules with custom date-time formatting?

Right now it looks like Notification app only exposes the basic %date% and %time% tokens, but not a way to control the output format.

If this is already supported, where is the syntax documented?

If not, would it be possible to enhance the Notification app so users can choose a date/time string format for %date% and %time% , similar to what is available in the Rules app? Even a simple optional field for custom format strings would make notifications much more flexible and easier to use in dashboards, logs, and spoken announcements.

here's the doc for the notification app.

Thanks for the link to the documentation, but did not have an answer to my problem.

I want to be able to set the string format for the %date% and %time%.
Example: I want to set date to 04/13 and time to 05:38. Currently it gives the long date and time format.

I'm not aware of any additional formatting options in that app, but @bertabcd1234 might have some tips.

There are no app-specific options in the Notifier app currently (but that's an interesting request!). It does use 12- or 24-hour time based on your hub settings. If you want more customization over the output, I'd suggest RM for now.
