[BUG REPORT] General; Minor error in Time Zone selection; ECT is not a thing, it's CET proper

Minor error in the UI, but still nice to see it fixed "on a rainy day":

The time selction drop-down has a selection called "ETC - Central European Standard Time". But no such time zone exist. Screenshot attached below.

The correct time zone for Central Europe is: "CET - Central European Time".

The offset is UTC+01:00

I also see no switch to enable or disable daylight saving time ("summer time").

Thought Ecuador was in the "ETC" time zone, the time zone for places that people are not sure where it is.

True story: I am talking to a friend about a trip my wife and I took to Europe. I say "Really loved Vienna." He says "Did you get over to Ecuador while you were there?" I say "??????????????"

Etc β‰…UTC
