Bug - or Misunderstanding - Upgrading to C8 Pro

I recently upgraded from a C7 to a C8 Pro as an early Christmas gift. After creating a cloud backup on the C7 and starting up the C8 Pro, I noticed the cloud backup displayed the wrong date and time. This led me to retrace my steps, thinking I’d made a mistake. After exhausting all options, I clicked the migration button, and the confirmation box then displayed the correct date and time. As you can see below

In the end, the migration went well and I haven't had any issues as of today.

Are you in Australia, or was the hub set to that time zone at the time of your backup? (At least the latter appears to be the case...)

That would be a no, I'm in Texas, and the the Hub was set to local time.

Are you sure? I mean, there is a Texas, Australia.

But then again, Queensland observes AEST (not AEDT), so maybe you're not really there

Migrating from a C7 on 2.4.0.129 to a brand new C8-Pro. (Still factory sealed upon receipt.)

My C7 backup was made at 12:15PM CST today (12/07/2024.) (ETA: Zero question that my C7 did have the correct time, time zone, and location information set.)

The C8P says this:
