If you create a local variable in RM legacy with a name ending in \ you cannot delete the variable. Something like Start-Time\ will be with you forever.
This on my C5 platform 2.2.8.156
The slash can be interpreted as an escape which may be what is happening - can you delete it by using Start-Time\\
That variable is untouchable - cannot change the value or delete.
I will add \ to the list of characters that can't be used. It has something to do with the UI interactions with the browser.
