The dashboard is ignoring the check box for 12 vs 24 hour format. The hub variable shows correctly but the dashboard always displays in 24 hour format
I use DateTime variables on my dashboard and they show the ‘am’ or ‘pm’. In the global variable screen where you set things up initially, that ‘am’ or ‘pm’ field is completely separate and appears undefined initially. Perhaps whatever is setting the variable you want to display isn’t setting that field??
The screenshot shows the value of the hub variable on the hub variable page and it includes the PM.
Sorry, I missed that. Like in your screenshot, my variables are shown as AM or PM on the variable page, and while that is displayed on my variable tiles, they are displayed lowercase – that’s not right either. Sorry – I don’t know why yours don’t show at all. If it helps, my variable tiles were assigned, and are using, the template globalVar (a template that doesn’t show in Templates).
Can duplicate, and I tried making the tile really wide to make sure it isn't just being cut off. The clock tile uses 12 hour time if selected, but I can't find a way to make the hub variable use 12 hour time.
The plot thickens... I did one thing to the basis of all my variables - I used the EraseDate function since I didn't need or want the date. IF I comment out those lines so my variables also have dates, I get the same results as you = no AM or PM
